DELIVERY
The delivery is made by a private transport service within 48 hours after the order. The belt
is stored in its own package. For transport we recommend using cardboard packaging. The
device may be controlled by different legislations according to the country. Please gather
information in advance when you are travelling with the device.
REPLACEMENT AND WARRANTY
The belt comes with a 2 years warranty. It is extendible for 2 more years if you register
your belt online. If you notice any of the problems described below, consult a dealer or
contact our after sales service: hipsafe@helite.com:
• If the airbag garment or the interior materials (fabrics, sheaths) are torn, worn out or the
internal bag is visible.
• If any breaks, cracks or corrosion appear on the trigger mechanism or on the gas cartridge.
• In the event of deterioration or significant fading in the materials.
HIP'SAFE MALFUNCTION CASE
What should I do in case of Hip'Safe malfunction ?
ISSUE 1:
The belt makes a repeated and a non-compliant sound when it is turned ON
NORMAL CASE:
The belt should make a quick beep sound when it is turned ON
POSSIBLE CAUSES
The battery is low
The CO2 cartridge is already used
The CO2 cartridge is not plugged in
correctly
LThe belt is on the wrong side
