Mashing and Boiling Process
First clean all the parts of your brewing equipment, it is very important for

satisfactory results.

Fit the Bazooka filter to the tap inlet.

Assemble the false bottom, and position it inside the water tank.
Fill with water, and heat up to 67°C. (All temperatures and timings are for

reference only).

Add the grain, then use a suitable paddle to stir it gently.
When the mashing temperature is reached, after adding the ingredients, turn

on the timer, normally the mashing lead time is 60mins.

After mashing is complete, drain out the wort, then sparge it with water at 78c.
Set a boiling temperature for a 1 hour boil. 2500W is mainly for reaching the

target temperature, when target temperature is reached, please switch it to
1600W.
After boiling, cooling the wort down to 20c as fast as possible. Then transfer

the wort to your fermentation vessel.
Note: Please adjust the power according to your experiences and needs, as recipes
do vary. This model does not have a circulation system, so the bottom part water
temperature and the top part water temperature may be different.
