6 Cleaning

Cleaning the surfaces

Internal windshield of handheld transmitter

Unplug the power supply unit from the socket.
Clean the surface of the unit with a moistened (not wet) cloth.
Never use caustic or scouring cleaners or cleaning agents containing alcohol or solvents, since
these may damage the enamel and plastic parts.
ATTENTION
1) Unscrew and remove the wire-mesh cap of the handheld transmitter.
2) Take the windshield (foam insert) out of the wire-mesh cap.
3) Wash the windshield in mild soap suds.
4) As soon as the windshield has dried, replace it in the wire-mesh cap and screw the
wire-mesh cap onto the handheld transmitter.
