KALYPTO child protection gate
(exclusively for indoor domestic use; not suitable for outdoor use or in the presence of polluting agents (salt spray,
industrial environments, heavy urban pollution).
Child protection gate (0-24 months)
The kit contains:
• a tubular frame reducible from 82 to 54cm using a saw,
• a PVC-based sheet cuttable with scissors to adapt it to the various widths,
• a Nylon knob and adapters to fasten the gate to the various railings,
• painted steel brackets, 1 catch, 2 square-base PVC spacers with relative nuts and bolts,
• tangram stickers to personalise the sheet,
• instructions for assembly, use and maintenance.
• Incorrect installation can be dangerous.
• Do not use the safety barrier if any components are damaged or missing.
• Do not tamper with or replace the components with non-original parts.
•
• Do not install the safety barrier in the proximity of balcony openings or less than 1.5m away from heat sources
• Always make sure that the safety barrier is properly and fully closed. When it is closed a safety system
automatically engages to prevent children from opening the gate.
• Do not use the safety barrier if the child is able to climb onto it or unlatch it.
• Never leave children or animals unattended.
• Keep children out of reach during the installation of the safety barrier.
• Do not use the safety barrier if it is not properly installed, cleaned, maintained and checked.
• After installation, all packaging (for example, plastic bags) and all unused pieces (for example, nuts and bolts)
must be removed and kept out of children's reach.
• In the event that a Tangram sticker partially detaches, immediately remove it in order to prevent ingestion.
Periodically (at least once a month) check the integrity of the gate and that the parts are properly in place; if
necessary, restore the initial conditions or remove the gate.
Periodically (at least every 6 months) clean the gate with cold water and a non-abrasive (non-aggressive) neutral
detergent.
The product is covered by a legal warranty of 24 months.
For any warranty claims, it is essential to present the sales invoice and/or till receipt.
The buyer shall not be entitled to any compensation for damages to persons, animals or things resulting from
proper or improper use of the product.
