Q: Why does my camera freezes while recording?
A: Check if the inserted memory card is Class 10 speed.
Lower speed memory cards may cause to display "SD card full"
error due to incompatibility also to freeze recording.
In this case, please use a Class 10 speed memory card.

Q: Why are the recorded files not clear?
A: In camera general settings you have the following resolution
settings: 1080FHD, 1080P, 720P, WVGA, VGA.
Highest quality is 1080FHD, medium quality is 720P and the lowest
is VGA.
Select
the
highest
quality
resolution
(1080FHD).
A lower resolution may appear as not clear.
Also, image quality may be influenced by weather conditions (rain,
fog, dusk, etc.).
Check if the lenses are dirty. Use a eyeglasses cleaning microfiber
to clean it, careful not to scratch the lenses.
