Assemble right side shelf

A. Attach Side burner knob assembly to right side shelf using smallest screw (A),
small screw (B), smallest washer (G) and small washer (H).
B. Insert tabs on right condiment basket into slots on right side shelf and slide left
C. Attach right condiment baskets to right side shelf using small screw (D), lock
washer (K) and medium washer (I).
D. Attach gas line to side burner valve.

Attach side shelves

Attach right and left side shelves to cart frame using 6 sets of small screws (D),
lock washers (K), large washers (J), and 4 sets of large screws (F), large lock
washers (K), and medium washers (I).

Secure grill body to cart frame

Secure grill body to cart frame using 4 sets of medium screws (E), lock washers (K),
large washers (J).

Attach side burner ignitor wire

Insert side burner wire from control panel to ignitor on side burner.

Insert heat plates

Place 4 heat plates on tabs above burners.

Insert cooking grid and warming rack

A. Place cooking grids.
B. Place warming rack with legs down onto sides of grill body.
Step
Attach tool hanger

Insert tool hanger into holes in left side shelf.
