SOLUTION
• Is there an imbalance between the right and left parts of the door?
• Open and close the door smoothly 1~2 times. After you do this, the auto close
system usually works properly again.
• Try opening the door smoothly to avoid unbalancing the right part and the left part of
the door.
• Condensation or water drops may form if the humidity is too high while the
refrigerator is operating.
• If condensation or water drops appears on both sides of fridge door's central part,
turn the Energy Saver mode off after removing the condensation. (See the explanation
of the Energy Saver button in "Using the Control Panel" on page
• Check the signal strength on the Wi-Fi Networks screen. Call quality can be degraded
if the refrigerator is too far from your router or modem.
• The connection may be terminated forcibly if the network connection is poor. Check
the connection status and signal strength on the Wi-Fi Networks screen.
• Kitchen TV is available only when the TV source is set to Air, Cable, or Component.
Make sure you have set the TV to a valid input source.
• The number of concurrent devices accessible to a single TV has a limit. Refer to the
TV's user manual.
• Mobile devices have priority over the refrigerator. The refrigerator may not have
access to your router or modem if it is busy processing signals from multiple mobile
devices.
• The first time you use Kitchen TV, authentication is required to access the TV. Select
the TV on the refrigerator and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the
authentication procedure.
• Check the network connection.
• Go to the Network menu of the TV and make sure the TV is set to allow access to
external devices. If external access is set to Deny, the refrigerator cannot connect to
the TV.
• If the TV is muted, the refrigerator plays the TV program with no sound output. Make
sure the TV is unmuted.
• A busy network can cause the TV to be disconnected. Check the network connection
and try again if necessary.
• Use Easy Setup to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
• Go to the mobile device, and make sure the refrigerator is registered to the Smart
Home app.
• Make sure the mirroring function is enabled on the mobile device.
• Check the Internet connection status.
• Make sure the current password matches the password that you set on the mobile
device.
