CARE AND MAINTENANCE
USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• When the product is placed on a live tree, keep the tree well-maintained, fresh, well-secured,
and stable. Do not place on live trees in which the needles are brown or break off easily.
Keep the tree holder filled with water.
•
Before using or reusing, inspect product carefully. Discard any products that have cut, damaged,
or frayed wire insulation or cords, cracks in the lamp holders or enclosures, loose connections,
or exposed copper wire.
•
When storing the product, carefully remove the product from wherever it is placed, including
trees, branches, or bushes, to avoid any undue strain or stress on the product conductors,
connections and wires.
•
Store neatly in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight.
•
The LED lamp has polarity. Do not deliberately change the direction of the LED lamp in the
lamp holder.
TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of burned-out bulbs, follow the bulb replacement procedures in the user servicing instructions.
WARRANTY
Toyo International Group guarantees all LED lights for 3 years from date of purchase. This guarantee does
not include malfunctions due to misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling or storage, damage resulting
from accident, or product alteration. This product is intended for SEASONAL USE ONLY: 90 days maximum
per season. The guarantee is null and void if the product is used or installed in a manner other than the
manufacturer's guidelines and recommendations. Product that has been cut, damaged, or altered in any
way is no longer guaranteed. If light string does not light, or only lights partially, first check that there is any
loose, broken or burned out bulb. If your string still doesn't light after you have attempted the above,
then contact or send original product with a copy of the original purchase receipt to: Toyo International
Group, Attn. Customer Service, 104 South Walton, Suite 2, Bentonville, Arkansas, 72712. For questions
