Warranty
All our pr oducts are guaranteed accor ding to the curr ent
laws in the country of purchase from the date of purchase by
the user, in compliance with the use it was developped for .
The warranty covers parts r ecognized as defective by our
technical services, and manufacturing and material defects
with the exception of parts wor n by use. The warranty does
not cover damages caused by r ough handling, dropping, or
incorrect use at the surface or while diving. The warranty
does not cover defects in appearance or function that ar e
due to normal wear of the product or to its ageing. The war-
ranty shall not be valid if the pr oduct was not car ed for or
used as stipulated in the user guide or if the pr oduct was
opened or maintenanced by a person lacking adequate tech-
nical training and not using the pr oper maintenance equip-
ment. The responsibility resulting from the sale of our pr o-
ducts is limited exclusively to the above warranty and
excludes all possibility of r ecourse to penalties or damages.
To benefit from the present warranty, the product must be
returned along with proof of purchase.
