Prepare vegetable (wash, cut up vegetable into
[1.3 cm] slices or pieces). Cover with plastic wrap.

portions and bulky vegetables to outside of plate.

Cover with plastic wrap.

After reheating, let stand for 2 minutes.

Cover dish containing the casserole with plastic wrap.

After reheating, stir if possible.

Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes.

Use a mug or microwave-safe cup.

Stir carefully after reheating.

Use a microwave-safe bowl.
