2. Description of the tool
3.3. Oil priming

Disconnect the tool from the source of compressed air and disassembly the parts according
to the paragraph 3.2.

Screw the fixture MP50 onto the thread of the hydraulic piston and tighten to the block.

Unscrew the priming screw (fig.5 – pos.83) with the O-ring (fig.5 – pos.84) using the
socket-screw key No.3
Do not take the hydraulic seal (fig.5 – pos.85) out!

Screw the fixture MP51 filled with the hydraulic oil (accessories casing of the tool) into the hydraulic
body and push to the piston of the fixture MP51 (fig.6).
3.4. General maintenance
General maintenance should be performed after every 500 000 strokes or once every three years.
The tool must be completely disassembled and all seals and worn parts must be replaced. This repair
may be carried out by an authorized technician only or a person trained by the manufacturer or supplier.
