Check the following:
Weekly
Visual inspection of the wire inlet and wire outlet liner. In case of
wear, replace as follows:
• Undo the screw (8), replace the wire inlet (1) and secure with
the screw (8) again.
Visual inspection of the MasterLiner wire outlet (4). In case of
wear, replace as follows:
• Release the wire outlet (4) from the quick coupling (5). Undo the
nut (6) from the wire outlet (4). Replace the connection
nipple (3) and the plastic liner then secure again with the nut
(6). Insert the wire outlet (4) into the quick coupling (5).
Visual inspection of the wire guide tube (7).
In case of wear, replace as follows:
 Fig. 9 on page EN-12, Step 1 to Step 4
• Pull the wire feed rollers off the full-floating axle. Undo the grub
screw (2), replace the wire guide tube (7) and secure with the
grub screw (2) again. Mount again in reverse order.
Free the wire feed rollers from wear debris as follows:
 Fig. 9 on page EN-12, Step 1 to Step 4
• Pull the wire feed rollers off the full-floating axle. Use a dust and
grease-free cloth to remove wear debris. Mount again in reverse
order.
• Adjust the contact pressure if necessary.
