4. Usage

The apparatus is not splash-proof.
The Chiller RC 10 Basic is adjusted to a factory-defined temperature of +7°C.
The temperature setpoint can be adjusted by using the keys on the command panel. Using the chiller
as a heating system is not possible.
To start the device push the main switch on the front panel (Picture 4), a green lamp being led when
the device is on.
The temperature is maintained in a range of ± 0.5°K around the setpoint.
The Duo Chiller can cool two cooling cycles. Open the required loop taps (in and out) at the back of
the chiller, deending on how many external devices that require cooling.

5. Maintenance and care

Maintenance and care can only be performed by qualified personal
Turn off the chiller and unplug the power cable.
Clean up regularly (about twice a year) the air cooling apertures (in and out) at the front and back of
the chiller. In case where the chiller is extremely dirty, remove the panels to clean up the air apertures.
Replace the coolant once a year.
Clean up the tool panels using only a damp cloth, never use a detergent solution.
After having completed the maintenance and care operations, the chiller can be plugged in and started
up as described previously.
