Note: Read the installation instructions prior to

Installation
All work on the RainBrain may only be carried out
in a de-energized state!
All components must remain accessible.
Wear safety clothing during the installation.
Risk of fire - installation box
There must not be any flammable materials present
in the immediate vicinity.
The ambient temperature must not exceed
50 °C.

Specifications
When calculating the accumulator size and the
drain, you must consider that up to 42,5 litres/min
may be required for 0.4 MPa mixing water - depen-
ding on which showers will be combined.

All installation and inspection works must be carried
out by an approved electrician and in accordance
with VDE 0100 Part 701 and IEC 60364-7-701.
Electrical connection
Mains supply 230V/N/PE/50Hz (3x1.5mm²
length 0.5m). For electrical installation, all appli-
cable VDE, country-specific and EVU regulations in
their respectively valid versions must be observed.
The potential equalisation must be provided by the
site (4mm², Cable length 1m).
Leakage current protection device
The fusing must be conducted via a leakage cur-
rent protection device (RCD/FI) with a measuring
differential power of 30 mA.

Fasteners
Only use the proper fasteners! The included screws
and dowels are only intended for concrete.

Drain capacity
The drain capacity must be at least 50 l/min.

Plaster in the basic set display, or install wall cove-
ring if installed in front of wall.

After the plastered wall surface has dried, spray
the seam between the wall and the plastic casingn
with silicone (free of acetic acid!).

Coat the wall with PCI-Lastogum or a compa-
rable sealing compound as instructed by the
manufacturer.

Place the sealing collar over the plastic casing and
press it into the glue and the silicone.
The sealing collar (F page 24) must
not be hot-glued.
