•
When reassembling the device, put Loctite
due to vibration.
•
Use staples from the manufacturer.
•
No staples at the end of the jaws:
⇒ Check the contents of the loader;
⇒ Check air supply and service pressure.
⇒ Use once without stapling anything and check the closure of previous staple. In fact in the
operation of the device, an incomplete closure means that the staple-set knife doesn't fully go
backward;
•
Last staple isn't taken:
If for whatever reason (the device falls for example) the staple-pusher unit is not perfectly
aligned with the loader, i.e. slider is no longer parallel to the loader, this problem can arise. To
resolve the problem realign the 2 parts.
•
Staples does not close properly:
Check that jaws' mounting-screws are tightened correctly (screws + nuts (Nyloc nut) with
washers).
•
Replace any defective part immediately!
Note: When disassembling / reassembling, put Loctite 243 on the screws.
When disassembling the staple thrust, bring the knife back completely before putting the latter into
place.
