3. Unplug the appliance when you are not using
it.
4. Do not immerse the motor unit in water or
rinse it under tap water.
5. Do not use parts manufactured by other
manufacturers or parts not recommended by
our company. If you use one, this will render
the product's guarantee void.
6. Always unplug the appliance from the power
supply before leaving it unattended, cleaning
it or assembling/disassembling it.
7. To find out the speed settings and operating
time, please refer to the chapter "using the
device and operating time".

CLEANING AND SERVICING

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO
CLEAN THE APPLIANCE
• Thoroughly clean parts that will be in contact
with food before first using the appliance.
• Precautions must be taken when handling
sharp blades, emptying the jug and cleaning.
1. Turn the dial (1) on the position 0.
2. Unplug the power cord from the socket.

3. Before cleaning the device, unplug the power
cord to protect you against electrical shocks.
Never immerse the motor unit and power
cord in water.
4. Clean all removable parts (see chapter IV,
the accessories numbered 2 to 21) in water,
except the motor unit. Use warm water and
detergent to help with cleaning.
5. Always place the appliance on a flat, dry
surface.
6. Note: Do not use aggressive detergents in
order to avoid damaging the appliance.
7. Warning: Never immerse the motor unit and
power cord in water.

BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

After unpacking the appliance, dismantle it
before using for the first time. To do this, consult
the chapter on "Disassembling"
Clean all parts other than the motor unit in hot
soapy water. Rinse and dry them immediately.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT
IN WATER.
