INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1 . Separate the monitor plate (B) from the mounting arm
(A) by removing the mounting arm screw (KK) . Save
this screw for reinstallation later .

2 . Determine the mounting configuration to use based
on the mounting hole pattern on the back of your flat
panel TV (not included) .
3 . If needed, attach the monitor adapters (C) to the
monitor plate (B) in your desired configuration using
the adapter screws (GG) .
