BEFORE OPERATING

1. Allow the Eco−UVC or Eco−UVI floor coatings
to relax for a minimum of 8 minutes before
using the Instacure+ machine. This will allow
any roller marks to level and application
bubbles to release to the surface.
NOTE: Refer to the Eco−UVC or Eco−UVI
product bulletin for floor coating application
instructions or contact your TENNANT
representative for advice.
2. Pull the handle adjustment lever and adjust
the handle to a comfortable operating height.
Release the lever to lock the position.
3. Turn the power cord hook upward and remove
the power cord. Attach the power cord to the
strain relief clip as shown and plug into the
machine.

4. Adjust the side shields so that they are about
7 − 14 mm (0.25 − 0.5 in) off the ground. If
the floor surface is rough and the side shields
touch the floor when operating, raise them
higher.
5. Wear the UV eye protection glasses which
are stored on the machine.
