INTRODUCTION
WARNING: Read and understand all in-
structions. Failure to follow all indications list-
ed below, may result in electric shock, fire and/
or serious personal injury.
SPECIFIC SAFETY RULERS
Do not alter or misuse tool. These tools have
been built by precision. Any alteration or mod-
ification not specified in misuse and may result
in a dangerous condition.
IMPORTANT: This appliance is not intended
for use by persons (including children) with re-
duced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
may be different or reduced, or lack of experi-
ence or knowledge, unless such persons are su-
pervised or trained to operate the product by
a person responsible for their safety. Children
should be supervised to ensure they do not use
the devices as toys.
SERVICE
Tool service must be performed only by quali-
fied repair personnel. Service or maintenance
performed by unqualified personnel could re-
sult in a risk of injury.
OPERATION
The electric Engraver can Be Used to perma-
nently mark glass, brass, PVC, wood, copper
and other metals.
1. Plug the electric engraver into an electrical
outlet.
2. Hold the electric engraver firmly and press
down ignition button.
3. With a steady hand, slowly mark the object.
NOTE: First, practice on a piece of similar scrap
material. Depending on the material to be
marked, it may be necessary to change the re-
ciprocation of the engraving bit.
Turn the adjustable screw counterclockwise for
a finer mark. Turn the adjustable screw clock-
wise for a courser mark.
Removing and replacing engraving bit
1. Make sure the unit is OFF and the electrical
connection is unplugged.
NOTE: when removing the engraving bit, do
not tamper with any electrical part.

2. To replace the engraving bit, unscrew and
remove the front nut, the pull the engraving
bit and the spring out of the engraver.
3. When replacing the engraving bit, make
sure that you remove the spring and attach it
back to the new engraving bit.
4. With the spring and the new engraving bit,
put them back inside the unit.
5. Put nut back in place.
MAINTENANCE
Before any maintenance on this tool, unplug
the line cord from the electrical outlet.
1. Periodically wipe the electric engraver with a
dry, damp cloth. Don't use any kind of solvent.
2. Store in a clean and dry location.
