Preparation
Fitting the support grip
Fit the side grip (2) in the thread (6) on
the left or right side of the angle grinder,
depending on whether it is to be used by a
left- or right-handed person. Check that the
support grip is secure.

Adjusting the protective shield
Position the protective shield (7) over the
angle grinder and turn it to the required
position. Tighten the screw on the protective
shield.
The protective shield must be positioned to
protect the user if the grinding disc shatters
during use, causing parts to � y out.
