Caution, risk of burns! When operating the timer,
especially next to a grill or a deep-fryer, watch out
for hot fat splashing. Do not touch hot appliance
parts. When operating the timer next to a steamer
watch out for escaping steam.
Programming the timer with switch-off
function
1. Press down the control knob for the corresponding
cooking zone and turn it left or right to the
required cooking level.
2. Touch any sensor key on the timer, until an
audible signal is sounded. The timer display
flashes 00. Note: touching more than one sensor
key at the same time will not activate the timer.
3. Now, within 5 seconds, select the required
cooking zone using the cooking zone selection
keys (no switch-off/rear*/front*/both). The
selected cooking zone is shown on the cooking
zone display of the timer.

4. Select the required time using the +/– keys.
Note: if no value is entered within 5 seconds, the
timer has to be activated again.
The value is confirmed a few seconds later and the
timer starts.
After the elapse of the programmed time an
audible signal is sounded. The corresponding
cooking zone or the corresponding appliance is
switched off. The timer display flashes. By touching
any key on the timer the audible signal is switched
off. When the timer is switched off, the cooking
zone or the appliance will again be switched on.
Turn the control knob of the appliance to the OFF
position to switch off the cooking zone or the
appliance.
