CAUTION: Risk of clamping - Keep
fingers, cloths, jewelry or items away
from moving parts of
exerciser (folding legs and upper
frame when folding the pedal
exerciser).
To transport the pedal exerciser in the car
or for storage of the pedal exerciser you
can fold the pedal exerciser.
7.1. Unfolding pedal exerciser
Fold the legs
outwards until the
locking pin
clicks automatically in the
hole.
Check that the legs
and cannot move.

Place the
calorie
meter
on the
plate
of
the pedal
exerciser.
Red selection

Press the red selection button to
activate the calorie meter or start
pedaling with your pedal exerciser.
When the magnet pass by the calorie
meter the calorie meter activates
automatically.
The calorie meter display turns off
automatically after 4 à 5 minutes.
When pedaling with the pedal
exerciser the STOP in the upper left
corner disappears, and all the
functions starts with calculating.
If you stop pedaling after 4 seconds
the STOP will reappears in the upper
left corner, all functions stop with
calculating.
The calorie meter gives 4 different
functions.
CNT: Gives the amount of revolutions
of the pedals (count how many the
magnet on the pedal pass the calorie
meter) from these exercise session.
TOT.CNT: Gives the total amount of
revolutions of the pedals from
different exercise sessions.
CAL: Gives the total calories amount
consumed from the exercise session.
TIME: Gives the total time of the
exercise session.
Press the red selection button to go to
the next function (TOT.CNT, CAL,
TIME). The display show always the
CNT function.
Press the red selection button for 4
seconds to reset the functions (CNT,
CAL, TIME). The TOT.CNT is not
reset. When you have reset the data
a next exercise session shall be
started.
SCAN: Press the red selection button
to go to scan. When the arrow
pointing to SCAN you have selected
the mode SCAN. Now the display
goes automatically through all the
functions (TIME, TOT.CNT, CAL), and
shows them consecutive on the
display.
When you remove the battery all the
data (TIME, TOT.CNT, CNT, CAL)
shall be lost. If you see an improper
display, please replace the battery to
have a good result. Use a 1,5 V
battery as power supply.
