9) If you want to loop through the input signals to subsequent
guitar amplifiers etc., connect the amplifiers with the unbalanced
LINK 1 or LINK 2 jacks using standard monophonic cables.
10) If any noise occurs, please activate the Ground-Lift switch. In
addition, you may adapt the input gain as required using the PAD
switch (+20dB for low-level line sources, 0dB for electric guitars,
-30dB for power amplifier outputs) if any clipping occurs.
11) Connect the OUTPUT 1 and OUTPUT 2 jacks with two microphone
inputs on your mixing desk using balanced XLR cables. Of course
you can feed the DBox Two monophonic with only one source.
Accordingly you only have to use one output.

Inserting and changing the battery
Please follow all instructions for operating the device.
Open the battery compartment on the side panel next to the INPUT
2 and LINK 2 sockets respectively.
In order to insert the new battery, you must first remove the old
battery from the compartment.
The acid of leaking or damaged batteries may cause heavy skin
irritations. Therefore always wear protective gloves when changing
batteries.
Insert the new battery: Please take care of connecting the battery
terminals correctly.
Close the battery compartment and lock the cover.
Turn off the POWER switch of the DBox Two if the device is not used
for a longer period. In addition you should remove the battery to
avoid battery leaking.
For a long operating time please use Alkaline batteries only. Turn off
the DBox Two via its POWER switch if you don't use it.
