15. Control and adjustment of the temperature

The cooling temperature is controlled by means of the electronic controller (optional) (Fig.11)

To change the set parameters of the controller, contact the manufacturer.

16. Introduce the goods

max allowed capacity evenly distributed of tray: 350 kg/m
max allowed capacity evenly distributed on shelves: 160 kg/m
Remedy • arrange the products in order and evenly (Fig.12)
• introduce products already cooled at the required storage temperature
• load the cabinet so that the goods from a longer time is sold before the new-
• on bent shelves, always use retainers
What to avoid DO NOT obstruct/impede the flow of cooled air
DO NOT not place goods on cabinet's roof
NEVER introduce heated products
DO NOT obstruct the inlet of cooled air with: goods, price tags, price holders, decorations etc.
DO NOT climb on the cabinet (Fig.15) to reach the loading points. Use a compliant ladder.

Arrange the goods without leaving empty spaces, to improve cabinet performance
First use up the goods that have been stored in the unit the longest before adding new arrivals
(foodstuffs rotation).
The Customer should:
- check that all operations have been performed in compliance with applicable regulations
- use suitable communication tools to warn the consumers from climbing onto the cabinets

17. Defrosting and water drainage

Malaga comes with a simple-stop defrost system.

17. 1 Draining the water

Install a floor drain with a slight slope to avoid:
- unpleasant odours inside the cabinet
- dispersion of cooled air
- malfunction of the cabinet due to moisture
Procedure
- install a suitable siphon between the drain and the connection to ground
- hermetically seal the area of drainage to ground.

periodically check that hydraulic connections are perfectly efficient, contacting a qualified
installer.

18. Lighting

Internal lighting of the unit is obtained through LED lights.
The light switch is located on control panel Fig.10 Pos.1.

19. Maintenance and cleaning

DANGER! Live parts. Electrocution.
REMOVE THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY BEFORE ANY OPERATION!
DO NOT wet, spray water or clean directly the electrical parts of the cabinet (fans, inte-
rior lighting, electrical cables etc. )
DO NOT touch the cabinet with wet or damp hands and feet.
