Problems &
Solution
1. The unit fails to turn on.
a.Press the "POWER" button again.
b.Check it the batteries are properly in place with good
connection.
c.Replace battery if there is no improvement.
2. The facial pads are not stick as before.
Clean the sticky surface with a few drops of water, and rub it
gently. If they still do not attach firmly, replace with new facial
pads.
3. The unit beeps abnormally during treatment.
Check if lead wires are connected securely with the facial pads.
Check it the facial pads are attached firmly on the treated area.
4. The stimulation is not felt.
a.Press BUTTON (1) again.
b.Check that the pads are correctly positioned and attached.
c.Increase the pulse intensity.
d.For the operation check that the cable is properly
connected.
5. The skin of treated area turns red.
Stop stimulation immediately; wait until the skin restores to its
healthy state. If irritation persists, consult a dermatologist.

6. The battery icon begins to flash.
Continue to use the unit until the battery icon is the only item
remaining on the LCD screen; then replace batteries.
7. The LCD displays are not clear or even broken.
Turn off the unit and replace batteries for further checking. If no
improvement, contact the technical service.
8. The stimulation is uncomfortable.
a.Press "DOWN" to decrease level of intensity if the
stimulation is too strong.
b.If no improvement, press "POWER" to pause the treatment.
Check if the facial pads are properly placed. Adjust the
placement if necessary.
c.If it does not help, check if the facial pads are worn out. Worn
out pads cannot distribute current evenly across the skin, which
may cause irritation. In such case replace the facial pads.
