cook different kinds of recipes, such as roasted, fryed, grilled, etc.
Saves time and energy. This oven heats by convection, conduction
and penetration simultaneously. Thanks to the circular heat element
with internal ventilation system, the heat is distributed evenly in all
directions.
Due to the high efficiency of the circulation of hot air, cooking times
and energy consumption are minimised, saving up to 20% electricity
compared with conventional ovens.
Healthy food. There is no need for oil in food preparation. Heat waves
reach the interior of the food, thus favouring the expulsion of fat in meat
(which is generally on the inside). This helps decrease cholesterol in
your meat.
Retains nutrients and natural flavour. The high temperature and long-
time baking destroys nutrients and natural flavour changes. With
temperature control and timer in your Oven Convection these problems
are solved. What's more, two ingredients can be cooked at the same
time without mixing the flavours.
OVEN MAINTENANCE
Quick cleaning: Unplug the convection oven and let it cool. Use a clean
sponge or cloth with a little mild degreaser soap and warm water to
clean the glass container. Remember not to immerse the top of the
oven in liquid. Rinse well to remove the detergent, then dry the glass
container.
PLEASE NOTE: Never immerse the oven spindle in any liquid.
Normal cleaning: Unplug the convection oven and let it cool. Clean the
cover and fan spindle with a damp cloth or sponge some detergent. Do
not clean it with metal sponges or abrasive materials. You can clean
the glass container in the dishwasher or by hand with a soapy sponge.
Clean the accessories in the dishwasher or by hand with sponge and
degreaser soap.
