Function signaling.
In the main page are several led indicators:
- Green light indicates function active;
- Red light indicates function not active.
Moreover various fields with the values of the
analogic functions are present.

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION.
In the following paragraphs, where not specified,
the signals are reported to MIG, TIG and
PLASMA processes; where specified the signals
are reported to the indicated process.
9.1
Job Number (MIG-TIG).
The "Job Number" function is available when
"Job Mode" operating mode has been selected.
Where a Job is selected, no welding parameter
can be changed neither from Power Source nor
from Robot.
GB
When a "Job Number" is selected, a working
settings value is recalling from Power Source
memory.
With the "Job Number" function, stored welding
parameters can be retrieved with reference to the
number of the respective Job.
If the "Job Number" selected is empty, "PrG"
plus "Job Number Requested" blinking message
is displayed on the Control Panel.
NOTE: Job Number "0" allows to select a Job on
the Control Panel.
9.2
Program Number (MIG).
The "Program Number" function is available
whith "Standard Program", "Pulsed arc Program"
or "Manual" operating mode selected.
Where the welding parameters are not selected
with reference to the number of a Job, but to
analog command value ("Welding Power", "Arc
Length Correction"...), then the respective
program (for material, shielding gas, wire
diameter...) is selected from the welding
program databank by means of "Program
Number".
If the "Program / Job" recalled is not present in
the table, "no PrG" blinking message is displayed
on the Control Panel.
NOTE: Program Number "0" allows to select a
program on the Control Panel (using the
"Material"
buttons).

Operating Mode (MIG-TIG).
This area shows the Power Source Operating
Mode selected. Depending of the Operating
Mode selected the Main Page parameters change.
9.4
Error Number.
Shows the Power Source Error Code (see Control
Panel Instructions Manual).
10 DIGITAL SIGNALS FROM ROBOT-
PANTOGRAPH CONTROL TO
POWER SOURCE.
Digital Input signals information is updated every
10 msec. both in the Main Page and in the Log
Page.
10.1 Arc-on.
Green light indicates function active.
The "Arc-on" signal starts the welding/cutting
process. As long as the Arc-on is active, the
process remains active.
Exception:
The "Robot Ready / Quick Stop" digital
signal is absent;
The "Power Source Ready" digital signal is
absent (e.g. : overtemperature, insufficient
water, etc.).
10.2 Robot Ready / Quick Stop.
Green light indicates function active.
Red light indicates function not active (but
"Quick Stop" is active).
"Robot Ready" signal indicates when the Robot
is ready to weld/cut.
"Quick Stop" signal, low active, stops the
welding/cutting process immediately without
Burn-back. The warning message "rob" blinking
is displayed on the Control Panel.
WARNING !
