CHARGING THE SHAVER.
The appliance must be charged by using the adapter it is supplied with.
Warning! Only the supplied adapter must be used to recharge the appliance.
Connect the adapter (10) to the DC socket of the base unit then plug the base
into the mains.
The apparatus should be recharged for at least 12 hours while it is switched off.
The red light will turn on to show that the appliance is being charged.
When the battery is fully charged the light is green and the clipper can operate
for about 50 minutes.
To maintain its full capacity the battery must be completely run down every 3
months and fully recharged.
Should the battery run down while being used you should charge the battery for
5 minutes and then you can plug in the adaptor and use it by direct drive
function.
RECHARGING PRECAUTIONS.
Do not recharge the appliance:
- continuously for periods longer than 3 days.
- if battery is fully charged.
- near to radiators or other heat sources, or where exposed to strong sunlight.
- in a damp or humid place, ensuring that the room temperature is not under 0°
or over 40°C.
We suggest that you fully discharge and then recharge the unit every few
months.

When the appliance is fully charged disconnect it from the adapter.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE.
Once the charging stage is concluded the appliance is ready to be used.
The apparatus has 2 cutting speeds.
Turn the switch (2) to 1 or 2 to start trimming hair.
The apparatus is equipped with 9 hair trimming accessories (6): 5 combs to
adjust the trim between 0-8 mm, 2 combs with stepped teeth, one for the left
and one for the right, and 2 combs with closely spaced teeth for a finer cut.
Attach the desired comb and adjust the angle of the handle (4) using the
buttons on the side (5) (Figure 2).
When attaching the accessories make sure that the two hooks at the side of the
head fit properly into the slots in the accessories.
The head of the apparatus (3) can be rotated 180° in a clockwise and anti-
clockwise direction for greater convenience when trimming hair (Figure 3).
