Rear axle [Fig. 1]
When tightening the screws, be sure not to over-
tighten them and in doing so, damage the woo-
den thread. If this should occur, there is the risk
of the rear axle loosening while the product is
being used and consequently, of the child being
injured. If necessary, use wood glue.
Connect the frame part to the rear axle as shown in
Fig. 1. Screw both together [3.5 Nm] using a wood
screw [no. 1]. To do so, use a slotted screwdriver.

Frame [Fig. 2]
Connect the frame part to the wheel fork of the tricy-
cle as shown in Fig. 2. Screw both together [3.5 Nm]
using a set screw [no. 1] and a washer [no. 2]. To do
so, use two hexagon keys [SW 4]. In the process, the
second hexagon key is used to hold the screw/nut in
place, to ensure a irm hold.

Handle [Abb. 3]
When tightening the screws, be sure not to
overtighten them and in doing so, damage the
wooden thread. If this should occur, there is the
risk of the steering wheel loosening while the
product is being used and consequently, of the
child being injured
Push the steering axle through the notches in the
wheel fork of the tricycle intended for this purpose
as shown in Fig. 3. When doing so, make sure the
drill holes in the steering axle are above the drill ho-
les in the wheel fork of the tricycle.
Screw both together [3.5 Nm] using two wood
screws [no. 1]. To do so, use a slotted screwdriver.
Then, push both handles onto the end of the hand-
lebars

Handle [Fig. 3]
Remove both handles from the ends of the steering
axle.
Then, loosen the wood screws [no. 1] using a Phil-
lips screwdriver and remove the steering axle.

Frame [Abb. 2]
Loosen the set screw [no. 1] and the corresponding
nut [no. 2] using a hexagon key [SW 4]. Then, pull
the wheel fork of the tricycle and the frame part
apart.

Rear axle [Abb. 1]
Loosen the wood screw [no. 1] using a Phillips
screwdriver. Then, pull the rear axle and the frame
part apart.
