Possible cause and suggested solution
Check that you are In BT Mode.
Ensure that you are within range of the radio for BT
functionality, 10 metres or less (33 feet or less).
Move the Micro and BT device away from other BT
devices/electrical equipment. If possible, turn off other
nearby Bluetooth devices or disable their Bluetooth
functionality.
Check that mains power wall socket is switched on and
that the Micro is not in Standby mode.
Check that you are trying to use the function buttons
for the mode that you are in.
