CONNECTIONS TO BE MADE
• Connect the Black wire to the chassis ground.
• Connect the Red wire to 12v accessory power.
Note: It is suggested to add a 3A fuse in-line with the accessory wire.
• Only make one of the (2) following connections to the aftermarket in-dash mobile video screen:
• Connect an HDMI™ cable (not supplied) from the HDMI™ port in the AX-MLINK-AVHD,
to the HDMI™-IN.
• Connect the Yellow, Red and White RCA jacks from the AX-MLINK-AVHD, to the AUX/AV-IN.
Note: You can also use the YPbPr 3.5mm connector.
• Connect the (2) Wi-Fi antennas to the interface. It is best if the antennas are installed
outside of the dash cavity. Also note, both antennas must be used.

LINKING THE AX-MLINK-AVHD
On the aftermarket in-dash mobile video screen:
• Have the device in the HDMI™-IN or Video-IN source, depending on the choice of AV input
selected. Depending on the brand of screen you have, this may be labeled differently.
iOS® System
Attention! On iOS 11 Screen Mirroring has been disabled. Only Streaming of media through Airplay is allowed.
iOS® 7 and higher:
1. In the settings menu on the iOS® device under WIFI settings, make sure Wi-Fi is turned on.
Then search for the device "EasyLinkXXX".
• This will connect your iOS® device to the AX-MLINK-AVHD.
2. Refer to the device manual for instructions on how to Airplay media.
iOS® 6:
1. In the settings menu on the iOS® device under WIFI settings, make sure Wi-Fi is turned on.
Then search for the device "EasyLinkXXX".
• This will connect the iOS® device to the AX-MLINK-AVHD.
2. Refer to the device manual for instructions on how to Airplay media.
Android™ System
On the Android™ device:
1. Under settings, go to "More networks", and then click on "Screen Mirroring". The device
should connect automatically. If so, it will show "EasyLinkXXX", and "Connected" under it.
Note: Not all Android™ devices are similar. Your device may be slightly different. Refer to
the owner's manual of the device if so.
