The BL-24 Irrigation Controller communicates with the K-Rain BL Application on a
smartphone or tablet by using Bluetooth SMART 4.0 technology (Low Energy) on an
iPhone 4s and later, and Samsung Galaxy S3 and later. For a full list of compatible

IMPORTANT:
For use only with 24V Solenoids
Use only the power supply provided (110/120 VAC input, 24VAC Outlet)
You will need a small screwdriver for the power supply and valve wire connections.
1. Install the App:

2. Install the Power Supply:
The BL-24 comes in 4, 6, 9 and 12 zones and two sizes. The power supply terminals are
marked 24VAC and are located at the far left of the terminal strip in both model sizes.
a. First, turn the screws on
the two 24 VAC terminals
counterclockwise to
loosen the terminals.
