PROCESSING
Please consider acrylic-specifi c settings when choosing the processing parameters.
Verify after milling that the framework does not show material fractures as cracks. If a
defect occurred, the framework must not be used as basis for a dental restoration. We
recommend the use of eugenol-free temporary cements. For the manual processing of
the blanks, cross-cut acrylic cutters suit best.
FACING AND RELINING
For the facing of frameworks as well as for the relining of the restoration, we recom-
mend NEW OUTLINE temporary material which can be used directly in the mouth.
An alternative would be to condition the framework with Bonding Fluid and to use
anaxblend for the facing.
HANDLING AND STORAGE
This product may only be used by well-trained staff members. Please avoid dust deve-
lopment as well as dust deposition and make sure that the working area is properly
ventilated by means of a suitable extraction system. Prevent vibrations and conta-
mination. Keep in a dry place at room temperature and protect from direct sunlight.
MILLING
We remind you to consider the instructions of the units and materials used. Stick
to the parameters given by the according manufacturer of the milling unit. In order
to avoid overheating of the blank, choose milling parameters that are suitable for
a PMMA program. (Please refer to the manufacturer of your milling unit for this.) If
used in an AmannGirrbach milling machine, we recommend the following programs:
Ceramil PMMA 71L for 20 mm blanks; Ceramil PMMA 71XS for 12 mm blanks.
