SINGLE OR DOUBLE FACES SPRAY PROCESS ETCHING MACHINES

CONSTRUCTION
Set including a tank a etching chamber and the immersed section of PVC pump, figured, worked and welded.
ETCHING PRINCIPLE
One or two rotary arms are switched on and spray ferric chlorid on a vertically set printed circuit.
Vertical etching guarantees the same fineness on both sides
Printed circuit is hold with pliers enabling it to be easily handled after etching without any contact with acid.
We recommend C.I.F. superactivated chloride which is more efficient and cleaner than ordinary perchlorides
*Optional : multi-circuits pliers for simultaneous etching of different small sized circuits (DP12 code)

INSTALLATION
- machine dedicated to be used in a room with 400 lux lighting level
Standing workstation – Height : 850 mm

Should be installed in a room correctly ventilated or possibly install a little extractor hood made of non corrosive material.

TRANSPORTATION
This machine can easily be hand-carried.

- Do not lift the machine once it is filled
- Should you need to move the machine, please do not forget to empty and rinse the tank
Do not turn the upper part of the machine upside-down (motor up) because the rising liquid would destroy the motor.

Silent machine, noise really inferior to 70 dBA , do not require special equipment.
Socket must be unplugged from socket before any electrical intervention.

Check the level through eyepiece. Any level overflow will lead to breach of guarantee.

Check that drain tap is mounted and closed
Connect the machine to safety grounding receptacle at 16 A maximum with circuit breaker 30 Ma.
Fill for the first time with WATER, lifting Plexiglas trap door
Filling volume : 8 litres
Do not exceed filling level that would cause liquid to rise into the motor
Corrosive matter
Wear safety gloves and glasses
Ferric chloride is corrosive when handling : please respect instructions given on product instruction form.
Heater starts, thermostatic resistor stops automatically at 35°C.
A thermometer enables you to check that temperature does not exceed 35° C.
Beyond this temperature, HEATER MUST BE ABSOLUTELY SWITCHED OFF.
Duly check that nozzle jet is flat and regular.
Nozzle slot can be blocked with material and packaging scraps before first starting up.
Nozzles are not welded to allow disassembling and cleaning.
