Features
The AG-MC100G is a super-directional electret microphone developed for camera
recorders and other professional applications.
The AG-MC100G has a stabilized power supply circuit built into the grip and uses a
DC 48 V capacitor microphone phantom power supply.

Handling precautions

The output connector for the AG-MC100G is a Cannon XLR3-12C type connector
which is compatible with NEUTRIK NC3FX and Cannon XLR3-11C type plugs.
Electret capacitor microphones are easily damaged by high temperatures and
humidity. Therefore, take care not to expose the microphone to water or to leave the
microphone for extended periods of time near strong lights, exposed to direct sunlight
during the summer, or in vehicles with the windows rolled up, etc.
Be sure to use an output cable with balaced connections.
Unbalanced cables (cables wihch short Pin 2 or 3 to Pin 1) cannot be used.
OSee the operating instructions of the camera recorder for a description of mounting
methods.
