DOMEL MOTOR BRUSH MAINTENANCE
Positive Lock Connector
REPLACEMENT OF MOTOR BRUSHES**
Tool needed: Phillips Head Screwdriver
Carefully bend Positive Lock
Connector away from both Motor
Brush Assemblies.
Using a phillips head screwdriver, remove
the four Motor Brush Assembly Screws.
STEP 5: Reverse steps to complete installation of new Motor Brushes.*
*New carbon brushes will give off small sparks briefly once the motor is engaged while the brushes finish aligning
properly. This is normal.

Depress the release tab on the back of the
Positive Lock Connector with thumb and
detach tab from both Motor Brush Assemblies.
STEP 4
Remove both Motor Brush Assemblies.
