• Avoid starting the tool unintentionally. Make sure that the electric tool has been switched off (Fig. 9), before you
pick it up or carry it. Keeping the finger on the switch while carrying the tool may cause accidents.
• Make sure you stand safely while working and you can keep the balance. This will enable you to better control
the equipment in unexpected situations.
• Wear suitable clothing and no loosely fitting garments or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from
rotating/moving parts. Loosely fitting garments, jewellery or long hair may be caught by the rotating/moving parts.
• Avoid looking directly into the LED light and do not dazzle anyone with it.
HANDLE AND USE ELECTRIC TOOLS CAREFULLY
• Do not use an electric tool with a defective switch. An electric tool that cannot be switched on or off any more
constitutes a danger and must be repaired.
• Remove the batteries after you have finished working with the equipment. A precautionary measure like this will
prevent the equipment from being started unintentionally.
• Always keep electric tools out of children's reach. Do not allow people using the equipment who are not familiar with its
use or who have not read these instructions. Electric tools are dangerous when being used by inexperienced people.
• The tool is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with restricted physical, sensoric or mental abilities,
or by persons with insufficient experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person in charge of their
safety or have received the relevant instructions from that person how to use the tool.
• Treat the tool with utmost care. Check, whether the movable parts run freely and function properly, whether parts are
broken or damaged to such an extent that the proper function-ing of the equipment is no longer ensured. Have
damaged parts repaired before using the tool again. Many accidents have been caused by poorly serviced equipment.
• Use the tool only in accordance with these instructions. Have due regard to the prevailing working conditions and the
actual job to be done. Using the caulking gun for any other purpose but the one for which it is intended can lead to
dangerous situations.
• In the case of atypical behavior or any background noise remove the batteries. Insert the batteries again after 1 min
and try once more.
• wolfcraft can only warrant the tool's proper functioning when original accessories are used.
HANDLE AND USE BATTERIES CAREFULLY
• Use only those batteries or rechargeable batteries in the caulking gun that are designated for this purpose. Using other
batteries may cause injuries and fire.
• When incorrectly handled, liquid may leak from the rechargeable battery. Avoid getting in contact with such liquid, but
if it has happened rinse the affected parts of your body thoroughly with water. If the eyes have had contact with the
liquid, seek medical advice. The liquid leaking from a rechargeable battery may cause irritations on the skin or burns.
• Keep the tool and the batteries always at room temperatures below 40° C and above 0° C.
• Batteries will explode when getting into contact with fire. Therefore, never attempt burning batteries.
• Do not use damaged batteries any longer, but replace them immediately.
OPERATIONS
• In order to open the battery compartment, press the lid of the battery compartment out of its guidance in the direction
of the arrow (Fig. 2). Insert the battery and make sure the poles correspond to the illustration on the inside of the
battery compartment (Fig. 3).
• Remove the battery from the caulking gun, if you do not use it over longer periods. When being left in the tool over a
longer period, the battery may corrode or get discharged.
Inserting a cartridge
• Open the standard cartridge with a suitable knife.
• Attach the nozzle on top of the open cartridge.
• Cut off the tip of the nozzle in the desired position.
• Make sure that the piston plunger B has been completely moved back.
• Press the cartridge into the cartridge's automatic locking mechanism until it snaps into place (Fig. 4).
Selecting the feed rate
• Press the multi-functional switch G forward into the „Feed" position. The LED light will light up automatically.
• Start the feed by pressing the trigger C.
• The output quantity can be controlled infinitely variable with the feed selector F. Find out with the help of a test
specimen beforehand, what the optimal feed is for the job to be done.
• Should the caulking gun fail to discharge the material, although you press the trigger C, adjust the feed while keeping
the trigger C pressed, until you have found the optimal setting (Fig. 6).
• WARNING: If the feed is too strong and the cross-section of the nozzle tip is too small, the material may get discharged
at the rear end of the cartridge. Remove any material discharged there immediately from the caulking gun.
