Restrictions of usage

Licenced channels (also called Class 2 channels) require prior authorisation before they are used. It is the
user's responsibility to obtain information from the competent authorities in the country where the system will be
usedinordertofindoutwhatchannelheorsheisauthorizedtouse.Mostofthetimeusingthesechannelswill
require a licence or a temporary licence.
IMPORTANT: Before using the device, please observe the legal provisions in force in your country. These res-
trictions apply to countries listed in the table.

HU The device may be installed with frequency allocation resolu-
tion and operated with radio license only in Hungary. The radio
equipment complies with Decree N°5/2004. (IV.13.) IHM of
the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications
on radio equipment and electronic communications terminal
equipment.
LV An individual authorization by the Electronic Communications
OfficeisrequiredtousetheequipmentinLatvia.
LT An individual authorisation to use a frequency/channel is requi-
red for the operation of the equipment according to clause 6.2,
Chapter I of the Plan of Use of Radio Frequencies, approved
by Order No. IV-1160 of the Director of the Communications
Regularity Authority of 24 December 2008. Conditions for the
useofradioequipmentshallbespecifiedintheauthorizationto
use a frequency/channel
LU Equipment subject to licensing prior to use.

MT The equipment, ARF73/ARF63/ARF7499B/C/D/E/F/G/H/I/J/
K/L/M, may be used in Malta subject to an Individual licence
issued in accordance with the Electronic Communications
(Regulation) Act
SI It is not allowed to use the stated radio equipment on the geo-
graphical area of the Republic of Slovenia outside the frequen-
cy bands 406,1 - 410 MHz and 440 - 470 MHz. End user needs
a decree on frequency assignment for the radio equipment.
