Maintenance and care
• In most cases, defective parasols can be repaired by your GLATZ part-
ner. Only use original spare parts provided by GLATZ.
• Every once in a while, wipe the remote control with a damp, non-abra-
sive cloth. The remote control may not be immersed in liquids.
Changing the battery in the remote control
• Always keep batteries out of the reach of children. If a battery is swal-
lowed, a doctor should be consulted immediately.
• Incorrect usage creates a risk of explosion.
• Always wrap batteries during storage or disposal to avoid discharge,
ignition or damage.
• Always dispose of batteries properly in accordance with applicable
laws.

Warranty
Always contact your GLATZ partner first before sending in the product.
The warranty period amounts to 24 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty shall become null and void in the following cases:
• Due to external force
• Incorrect use and maintenance
• Damage due to force majeure
