• Press the SET button, the user number will flash (P0-P9). Use the UP/
DOWN button to select your prestet data.
• Wait for the user number to stop flashing.
• Stand on the contact surfaces with both feet.
• Firstly your weight will flash on the display.
• After a few seconds, the following results will be shown:
• the body fat content in% (FAT symbol)
• the results analysis in the form of a bar
• the body water content in % (TBW symbol)
• the muscle mass content in % (MUS symbol)
• the bone mass content in %(BON symbol)

If an error message appears on the display, wait until the device is turned
off. Turn it on again to restart the operation. If the error display has not
disappeared, take the batteries out of the battery compartment for 10
seconds.
• 8888 = Self test (when switching on) to check if the numeric display
functions properly.
• `---- = The scale is not placed properly.
• Err = The percentage of body fat content lies above or below the limits
of the measuring scale
• EEEE = The weight lies above the allowed maximum weight.

maintenance for this appliance.
