Please contact DOMOOVA technical department in the following
cases:

If the appliance has been dropped, damaged or come into
contact with water.
•
If the power cable is damaged.
•
If the battery is defective.

Solution
1. Clean the dust bin. Check
that nothing is blocking the
accessories.

Lift and reposition the appliance
on the wall-mounted charging
dock, making sure the power
supply is connected to the
vacuum and the mains.
