Options > Manage Contacts > Edit Phone Categories
> [New Category]
Enter the category name, and select its
members from your phonebook entries.

Main Menu > n Phonebook, press
Options > Manage Contacts > Edit Phone Categories,
scroll to the category, press Options > Edit
Category
You can edit the category Name, Members,
Ringer ID, and Picture. Your phone uses the
ringer ID and picture whenever you receive
calls from numbers in the category.

create group mailing list
You can put several phonebook entries in a
group mailing list, then send a message to
the list. To create a list:
Main Menu > n Phonebook, press
Options > Create New > Message List
You can select the list name as an address
for multimedia messages.
Note: A Message List can't include entries
stored on the SIM card.
sort phonebook list
Set the order in which entries are listed:
Main Menu > n Phonebook, press
Options > Setup > Sort by > sort order
You can sort the phonebook list by First Name
or Last Name.
