4.u - ADVICES FOR CORRECT USE
•DO NOT bring cloths soaked with Alcohol, Acetone, Ammonia,
Bleach or Solvents into the proximity of the appliance.
•DO NOT use any kind of SPRAY near the gas detector.
• DO NOT carry out an operational test on the gas detector by
releasing gas directly from the gas pipe, lighters or lighter refill
cans.
•Cooking vapours and pollutant dusts can affect the
performance of the sensor over time.
•DO NOT ATTEMP TO OPEN THE CABINET: danger of electric
shock and malfunctions.
• On a periodic basis, check that the vents on the front panel of
the detector, which channel air to the sensor, are not
obstructed by dust or grease, etc.
•To clean this device make use of a lightly wet tissue.
