2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Cooper Lighting, LLC ("Cooper Lighting") warrants to customers that, for a period of two years
two years from the date of purchase, Cooper Lighting's products will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship. The obligation of Cooper Lighting under this warranty is expressly
limited to the provision of replacement products. This warranty is extended only to the original
purchaser of the product. A purchaser's receipt or other proof of date of original purchase
acceptable to Cooper Lighting. This is required before warranty performance shall be rendered.
This warranty does not apply to Cooper Lighting products that have been altered or repaired or
that have been subjected to neglect, abuse, misuse or accident (including shipping damages).
This warranty does not apply to products not manufactured by Cooper Lighting which have
been supplied, installed, and/or used in conjunction with Cooper Lighting products. Damage to
the product caused by replacement bulbs or corrosion or discoloration of brass components
are not covered by this warranty.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
IN NO EVENT SHALL COOPER LIGHTING BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN
CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR IN TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), NOR FOR LOST PROFITS;
NOR SHALL THE LIABILITY OF COOPER LIGHTING FOR ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGE ARISING
OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THESE TERMS OR THE MANUFACTURE, SALE, DELIVERY, USE,
MAINTENANCE, REPAIR OR MODIFICATION OF COOPER LIGHTING PRODUCTS, OR SUPPLY OF
ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS THEREFORE, EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF COOPER LIGHTING
PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO A CLAIM. NO LABOR CHARGES WILL BE ACCEPTED TO REMOVE OR
INSTALL FIXTURES.

option 2 for Customer Service, or via e-mail ConsumerProducts@cooperlighting.com and
include the following information:
• Name, address and telephone number
• Date and place of purchase
• Catalog and quantity purchase
• Detailed description of problem
All returned products must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization Number issued
by the Company and must be returned freight prepaid. Any product received without a Return
Goods Authorization Number from the Company will be refused.
Cooper Lighting, LLC is not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit. Repaired or
replaced products shall be subject to the terms of this warranty and are inspected when
packed. Evident or concealed damage that is made in transit should be reported at once to
the carrier making the delivery and a claim filed with them.

INSTRUCCIONES RELACIONADAS CON EL RIESGO DE INCENDIO, CHOQUE ELÉCTRICO,
EXPOSICIÓN EXCESIVA RADIACIÓN UV O LESIONES A PERSONAS.
INSTRUCCIONES IMPORTANTES DE SEGURIDAD
¡La lámpara encendida está CALIENTE!
Para reducir el riesgo de INCENDIO, DESCARGA ELÉCTRICA, EXPOSICIÓN EXCESIVA A
RADIACIÓN UV O LESIONES A PERSONAS:
• IMPORTANTE: LEA TODAS LAS INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD.
• Apague/desconecte y deje que se enfríe antes de reemplazar la bombilla.
• ¡La bombilla se CALIENTA rápidamente! Solamente entre en contacto con el interruptor/
enchufe cuando esté encendida.
• No toque el lente, protector o estuche cuando esté caliente.
• No permanezca en la luz si la piel se siente caliente.
• No mire a la luz directamente cuando la lámpara esté encendida
• Mantenga la lámpara alejada de materiales inflamables.
• Use solamente una bombilla de halógeno de cuarzo 500 vatios.
• Nunca toque la bombilla. Use un paño suave. El aceite de la piel puede dañar la bombilla.
• No encienda la luminaria portátil si le falta o está dañado el protector, la barrera de
contención de la lámpara o el filtro UV.
• Si reemplaza la mica, use sólo un vidrio de seguridad templado difuso de igual grosor.
• El uso de bombillas de mayor vataje que el mencionado en las instrucciones de seguridad.
• Para uso en interiores y exteriores.
• Homologado por cULus.
• Conecte el accesorio a una fuente de energía de 120 voltios y 60 Hz. Cualquier otro tipo de
conexión anulará la garantía.
• Use sólo extensiones eléctricas para exteriores de tres conductores, que tengan enchufes
con puesta a tierra de tres clavijas y tomacorrientes de puesta a tierra que acepten el
enchufe del electrodoméstico.
• Se debe proporcionar la protección de un interruptor de circuito de falla de puesta a tierra
(GFCI, por sus siglas en inglés) en los circuitos o tomacorrientes que se utilizarán con la
luminaria portátil para lugares húmedos. Existen receptáculos con protección GFCI
incorporada que se pueden utilizar para cumplir con esta medida de seguridad.
• Use sólo con una extensión eléctrica para uso en exteriores, tal como SW, SW-A, SOW,
SOW-A, STW, STW-A, STOW, STOW-A, SJW, SJW-A, SJOW, SJOW-A, SJTW, SJTW-A,
SJTOW, SJTOW-A.
• Desensamblar la lámpara anulará la garantía.
• La luz de trabajo se debe ubicar a no más de 1,83 metros del tomacorriente más cercano.
• GUARDE ESTAS INSTRUCCIONES.
PARA ENSEMBLAR SU ACCESORIO
ADVERTENCIA: No seguir las instrucciones de
ensamblaje puede producir un riesgo de incendio
o descarga eléctrica.
1. Utilizando la perilla de montaje de la lámpara con el
perno corto (J) incluido, fije la manija central (E) a la
barra transversal tipo trineo (C) (Fig. 1).
2. Para montar la lámpara (A) en la barra transversal
tipo trineo (C), pase todos los pernos hexagonales
(M) por las arandelas de seguridad (L) y luego a
través del orificio en la barra transversal tipo trineo
(C). Fije la lámpara colocando un espaciador de
montaje de la lámpara (K) y una perilla de montaje
de la lámpara (I) en el perno (M) y apretando hasta
que quede fijo. Repita la operación con el otro
cabezal de la lámpara (Fig. 2).
3. Con un destornillador Phillips, monte el cable en Y
en la parte posterior de la manija central (E). Se
proporciona un orificio roscado (Fig. 3).
4. Para instalar la protección de seguridad del
cableado (B), inserte un costado de la protección
entre el marco y la mica. Apriete la protección (B)
hasta que el otro extremo se pueda colocar entre el
lado opuesto del marco y la mica (Fig. 4).
USO COMO LÁMPARA VERTICAL
1. Desbloquee las patas del soporte del trípode (H)
primero jalando cada pata hacia afuera
aproximadamente 2,54 cm, luego afloje la perilla
en la parte superior del ensamble de patas y tire
de las patas hacia fuera, extendiendo hasta la
posición completamente abierta de manera que la
abrazadera negra superior se deslice hacia abajo
hasta que se alinee con la línea negra en el centro
de la etiqueta del poste (Fig. 5). Vuelva a apretar
la perilla.
