Cleaning and Storing
Please be sure to power off the robot before cleaning it.
Use a dry cloth to clean the robot, and don't use water for cleaning, rinsing it in water is prohibited.
Please use a wet cloth to clean the direction wheel. Please place the robot vertically when charging it or
leaving it unused. Keep it in dry condition when you don't use it.
Maintenance of Wet Cleaning Pad
Hand rinse it in water, dry it for later use.
Don't attach it back to the robot unless it is completely dry.
The cotton core on the water container's outlet is designed for repeated use which contains germicidal
ingredients. Please don't remove the water cover between cleanings.

Possible Causes
Robot's system error.
Sweepur 120 is stuck in its
environment and cannot
free itself.
Sweepur 120 has detec-

One sensor is activated
so Sweepur 120 won't
start driving.
Possible Causes
Robot's System error.
Charging error.

Solutions
• Press and hold the power button to turn it off.
• Vigorously rotate both wheels for 15 seconds.
• Place it on floor and power it on. Make sure
to use the white cleaning cloth
• If red light is gone, press quick cleaning
button.
• If red light persists, contact customer support.
Remove Sweepur 120 from the situation and
restart in a new area.
Turn it off and let it cool down before resuming
cleaning.

Remove and reapply cleaning cloth. When reap-
plying, follow these instructions:

Ensure cloth does not overlap into the middle
channel of the removable cleaning pad.
