Precautions and instructions for use.
This document is the indispensable guide for the correct and safe use of Soccer System Ø cm. 22, as it contains all
information necessary to ensure the product is employed to the user's full satisfaction and in compliance with the
related safety norms during the entire life of the product itself and/or its parts.
INTENDED USES – LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS
1. This product has been designed and manufactured to be used in sports and gymnastics. It must never be used for
purposes other than the ones defined by Ledragomma.
2. This is not a toy.
3. Do not perform exercises with bars, dumbells or any kind of weight while on the device.
PACKAGING CONTENTS
4. Kit no. 1 contains:
 12 balls Soccer System Ø 22 cm
(2 x gr. 200, 2 x gr. 300, 2 x gr. 400,2 x gr. 600, 2 x gr. 800 and 2 x gr. 1000)
 1 Hand-Pump 19 cm – 140 CC + 1 DVD guide to exercises.
Kit no. 2 contains:

10 balls Soccer System Ø 22 cm
(2 x gr. 320, 2 x gr. 370, 2 x gr. 420, 2 x gr. 470 and 2 x gr. 520)
 1 Hand Pump 19 cm – 140 CC + 1 DVD guide to exercises.
INFLATING/DEFLATING
5. To inflate or deflate the product, use the round-tip needle supplied with several hand pumps (e.g. Hand Pump 19
cm -140 cc or 32 cm- 300 cc). Do not try to inflate it with your mouth.
FIRST USE
6. When using the product for the first time, follow these instructions:
6.1) The product is equipped with an internal valve for inflating/deflating.
6.2) Dampen the hand pump needle before introducing it in the valve. Inflate the product slowly and making
pauses along the way.
6.3) Do not exceed the maximum diameter printed on the product itself and/or on its packaging.
INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS FOR OTHER INFLATION OPERATIONS
7. If it becomes necessary to inflate the product again, remember to never exceed the maximum diameter as
indicated above.
PRECAUTIONS BEFORE EACH USE
8. Before each use, inspect the surface of the product. Do not use it as body support if cuts, abrasions, punctures or
damages of any nature are detected on its surface, as a damaged product may rupture unexpectedly and cause
the person to fall.
9. Prior to each use, clean the product with mild soap and water. Use diluted alcohol for stubborn stains.
TEMPERATURE
10. Attention: the product should be stored at room temperature (about 18 – 20° C). In particularly cold weather, wait
until the product has reached room temperature before inflating it.
SURFACES TO USE
11. The product must only be used on soft surfaces. Never use it near pointed or sharp objects or sources of heat; do
not leave the product directly exposed to sunlight.
REPAIRS
12. Do not attempt to repair punctures or cuts. "Do-it-yourself" repairs impair product integrity and may create serious
risks to the safety and health of the user.
TRACEABILITY
13. A traceability code of 6 digits is marked on the ball; it indicates the month and year of production for this item.
Please keep this code in the case of a claim, in order to identify the production time and the batch materials.
