Cause
No fuel.
Spark plug fouled.
Engine cold.
Cutout Switch in OFF position.
Spider Plate
Remedy
Open fuel tap.
Fill fuel tank .
Clean and reset plug gap.
Close choke.
Move Cutout Switch to ON position.
