MAINTENANCE OF THE SAFETY OPEN-
PREVENTING VALVE, THE PRESSURE-LIM-
ITING VALVE AND THE STEAM-RELEASING
PIPE
Check the steam-releasing pipe and the
safely open-preventing valve. If it is blocked;
Clear away or use the dredging needle, then
wash and rinse the pipe with water. (Fig. 12).

Special dismantling as follows:
Pull out the pressure-limiting valve and dis-
mantle the parts as the order of Fig.13, then
clean them (fig.14); reverse the lid and clean
the sealing washer. When finished, install
them in their original order.
Safety open-preventing valve: Switch clock-
wise safety valve with spanner, then dis-
mantle it(fig 15). Then clean it according to

CAUTION: Don't lose small parts such as
pressure-limiting valve. There is no problem
if the color of the sealing ring changed. It is
suggested to change the sealing ring once
in one or two years according the usage fre-
quency. But it must be changed immediate-

ly if there is any damage or shape changing.

ment parts. Never use substitutes.
·Storeage: put it in shady, cool place with
the cooker lid placed beneath the cooker
body.
