BEFORE FIRST USE

• Clean the device carefully before using it for the first time. This is particularly
important for the interior of the beverage cooler. Further information on cleaning
can be found in the section 'Care and cleaning.'
• If the interior components are not properly seated, install them correctly. You
will find detailed information on the interior accessories in the section 'Device
Overview.'

SETUP AND OPERATION

1 Clean the beverage cooler from the outside with a soft, dry cloth.
2 Clean the interior with a damp cloth.
3 Insert the plug into the socket.
4 Turn the thermostat to the desired temperature.
5 Close the door and let the empty beverage cooler run for 1–2 hours before filling it.
NOTE: When you unplug the power cord, wait 3–5 minutes before plugging the
beverage cooler in again. Otherwise, it may not work properly.

ENERGY-SAVING TIPS

• Open the door as rarely as possible. This is particularly true in hot and humid
weather.
• Ensure that there is enough clearance around the device to allow the air to circulate
sufficiently.
• Turn down the thermostat as far as possible. The set temperature depends on how
full the beverage cooler is and the room temperature.
• Allow warm foods to first cool to room temperature before placing them in the
beverage cooler.
