When removing or replacing the kettle, make sure
It is properly seated in the kettle brackets.
Make sure the unit is unplugged before cleaning. Unplug the outer plug to the outlet as well
as the kettle motor plug inside the unit. (See photo item C, item 4 on page 3 for location of
motor plug).
See instructions on page 5 for kettle cleaning.
Use a slightly damp, non-abrasive sponge or non-abrasive towel to wipe clean the
inside and outside of the unit, then wipe with a non-abrasive dry towel to dry.
NOTE: Never immerse the kettle unit in any liquid – simply wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Never place any parts in dishwasher – always wash by hand.
Pull out the kernel catching tray and empty. Wipe out with a damp cloth and dry.
Replace tray.
CLEANING
1.
Switch "OFF" the unit.
2.
Pull up the cover and by turning the handle of the bow counter-clockwise, discard
any unpopped popcorn kernels and oil remaining in the kettle.
3.
Wipe out the kettle with a disposable clean cloth. The kettle should be clean but
"Seasoned" and ready for the next use.
